Men's 10K Edinburgh - event overview
The Men's 10K Edinburgh is a 10 km road race taking place in Edinburgh on Sunday 20th September 2026. Entry options include charity entry from £0 and standard entry from £30.25. All finishers receive a wicking finisher's t-shirt, a finisher's medal and distance keyring, and a finisher's pack. Entries also include a personalised event number with an accurate timing chip, event baggage facilities, hydration on route, hydration and nutrition at the finish, and results posted to participants' accounts within 48 hours.
The course starts on the Royal Mile and passes the Scottish National Gallery before running into Princes Street Gardens with Edinburgh Castle as a backdrop. The route continues past the Scott Monument and the Scottish Parliament building, then proceeds into Holyrood Park where participants pass Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Palace.
