The Memorial Day 5K/10K/15K in Marietta, GA is scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026. The event is presented as a Memorial Day observance to honor and remember service members who died while serving. Active and retired military are offered a complimentary entry for a race distance on May 23, 2026; military I.D. must be shown to pick up a bib. All finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal that serves as the first of three medals in a Patriotic Series.

Course, logistics and awards
All races start and finish in the parking lot of Sprayberry Square Shopping Center at Sandy Plains Road and E. Piedmont. Routes are out-and-back and run entirely on E. Piedmont Road. The event will use electronic timing. Water stations are placed at approximately every 1.5 miles. Participants must finish at a pace no slower than 16 minutes per mile. Packet pickup is held on race morning beginning one hour before the race. Registrants by May 15 are guaranteed race swag in their size; afterwards swag is while supplies last. Awards are given to top overall finishers and age-group placings, including top three overall male and female, masters categories, and top three in five-year age groups from 10 & under to 80+.
