Ford Elementary Jingle Jog 5K
The 14th annual Ford Elementary Jingle Jog 5K takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025. It is a fundraising event to benefit the Ford Elementary School Foundation, a non-profit established in 2005 to provide additional educational opportunities not funded by the Cobb County Board of Education or the PTA.

Course and event logistics
The race begins and ends in the bus port at Ford Elementary School, 1345 Mars Hill Rd., Acworth, GA 30101. The course is an out-and-back loop with rolling hills; it exits the bus port, turns right on Mars Hill Rd., turns right on Fords Rd., and has a turnaround at County Line Road. One water station is located at the turnaround on County Line Road; additional water and post-race snacks are available at the finish. Results will be recorded with a time clock.
Awards are given to the top three finishers in each male and female age category and to the top overall male and female. Age categories: Kindergarten-5th grade, Middle School, High School, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received prior to December 1. Parking is available in the school lots and along the car line lanes. The event proceeds rain or shine; only extreme weather may alter the schedule. No refunds or transfers are allowed.
