MCG White Coat Dash 5K
The MCG White Coat Dash is a community 5K walk/run in North Augusta, SC that raises funds for the MCG Student Run Clinics. The clinics provide free healthcare and support healthier lifestyles for underserved residents of Augusta; proceeds from the event benefit those clinics.
The event offers a 5K (3.1 miles) walk/run with three entry categories and listed registration fees: AU student and graduate student entry ($25), staff, faculty or alumni entry ($35), and general public entry ($35). Registration opens on June 9, 2026 and closes on August 15, 2026. Registration fees increase by $5 beginning August 15, 2026. Participants who register by August 10, 2026 are eligible to receive a complimentary event t-shirt; extra t-shirts are available for purchase until August 10, 2026.
All finishers receive an enamel pin. Podium prizes and gift certificates to Fleet Feet and 5th & Fire are awarded for first through third place in male and female divisions across student, faculty/staff/alumni, and general categories. Bib packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, August 28, at Fleet Feet North Augusta with a specified pickup window.
