Event Details
The Medal Madness event offers three race distances: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. All races start together and are held on an out-and-back course within a park.
Course Information
The course is an out-and-back route inside the park. The 5K distance runs the route once, the 10K runs it twice, and the Half Marathon runs the same route four times. There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start and ends 10 minutes before the race. The starting point is at the Mill Village Trailhead on 109 Eve St in Augusta, GA. Parking is available at the trailhead and by Ann Boardman Park.
Additional Features
All finishers receive a themed medal. Costumes are encouraged but not required. This race contributes points to the US Road Running Race Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
