Massachusetts State Police Chase
The Massachusetts State Police Chase is a community running event held on June 14, 2026 at the State Police Headquarters on Route 9 in Framingham, MA. The program includes a main 5K and several short fun runs for children and families. Entertainment and food are provided on site, and an awards ceremony is held after the races.
Distances include:
- 3.1 miles (5K) for Civilian and Law Enforcement divisions
- 100 yards Diaper Dash for 3 years old and under
- 1/2 mile Jr Fun Run for 8 years old and under
- 1 mile Sr Fun Run for 9 years old and above
The Law Enforcement Division is restricted to full time law enforcement personnel for awards and participants should have identification. Age group divisions are listed for competitive awards including 29 and under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. A Police Team award is given to the top three department finishers by time. Non law enforcement awards include top five overall finishers for male and female.
Registration details vary by event. The 5K has a $25 entry fee for pre entry and race day registration; some kids runs have no fee for pre registered participants while day of registration carries a fee and must be completed online.
