Event overview
The 46th Bill Rodgers Somerville Jingle Bell Run & Walk will take place on December 14, 2025, in Davis Square, Somerville, Massachusetts. The event features a 5K run and walk that starts in Davis Square, winds through the streets and squares of Somerville, and finishes back in Davis Square. The run is presented by The Fun Road Race Company. A post-race party will follow at several local pubs and bars and is sponsored by Jack's Abby Brewery. Registration, divisions and awards
Registration uses a tiered early-bird fee schedule with stated price levels for different date ranges in 2025. Sample ticket prices shown for 2025 include: $34.60, $39.95, $43.16, $45.30, and $50.65 across the listed early-bird periods. The event has sold out in previous years.
Awards are given to first and second place in each division plus overall female and male winners. Awards are mailed. Divisions include age groups (14 & under; 15-17; 18-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80-89; 90+), and specialty categories such as Clydesdale (men by weight and age) and Filly (women by weight and age).
