2026 PTO Color Run
The 2026 PTO 5K and 1mi Color Fun Run is a community athletic event held on the grounds of Marple Newtown High School in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The primary objective of the event is to provide support for the students and staff at the high school. Participants engage in a course where they are showered with colored powder throughout the duration of the activity.
Available distances include:
- 5 km Color Run
- 1 mile Family Fun Run
The routes for both distances start and finish at the front parking lot of Marple Newtown High School, located at 120 Media Line Road. The event is designed to be inclusive, as strollers and service dogs are permitted on the course. Participants who register after April 10, 2026, are not guaranteed an event T-shirt; therefore, runners are encouraged to wear white clothing to ensure the applied colors are visible.
Additional activities provided on the morning of the event include free face painting. For participant convenience, an early bib pick-up session is scheduled for the afternoon prior to the race at the school's front lot.
