Conestoga Mini-THON 5K and 1 Mile Walk
Conestoga Mini-THON holds a fundraising running and walking event on November 22, 2026, at Wilson Farm Park, 500 Lee Rd, Wayne, PA 19087. The event includes two distances and is organized to raise money for pediatric cancer research and treatment; all proceeds go to Mini-THON for the kids (FTK) and are distributed through Four Diamonds and Penn State College of Medicine programs.

Entry fees are $30 per participant for each distance, with prices increasing to $35 after November 2. Registration opens July 31 and closes November 11. The first 250 registrants receive a Mini-THON Gold Out T-shirt in sizes S through XL. Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be awarded to overall finishers and to top finishers in each age group, with awards for the top three overall and the top three in each age group.
