Marianne Volpe 5K & Pumpkin Fun Run
The event is the 16th annual Marianne Volpe 5K & Pumpkin Fun Run held at Baldwin Park, 3232 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY 11510. It is organized for the benefit of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and proceeds regardless of weather.
The 5K uses two loops on Baldwin Park paths with no traffic. The venue provides parking in the lot by the tennis courts. Pumpkins are available for children and the event offers refreshments. Packet pick-up and day-of registration are available for an additional fee.
