North Oaks & Middendorf's Manchac Run
The event takes place on November 7, 2026, at Middendorf's Seafood Restaurant, 30160 US Highway 51 S, Akers, LA. It features road race distances and on-site parking in Middendorf's lots, across Highway 51, and on the north side of the nearby bridge.

Proceeds benefit the North Oaks Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports North Oaks Health System. Registered entrants receive Middendorf's thin fried catfish and a custom commemorative finisher medallion.
Packet pickup is scheduled before the event at two neighborhood locations and also available at the race site on race day:
- Varsity Sports, 3450 Magazine Street, New Orleans, November 4
- Perfectly Fit Performance Sports, 303 W. Minnesota Park, Hammond, November 5
- On the day of the event at the race site
Entry fees are tiered by date. Youth (17 and under) and seniors (65 and over) receive a $5 discount applied during online registration. All entry fees are non refundable.
Course information notes an out and back route that crosses a bridge and includes six on course aid stations with water, sports drink, and portable restrooms. Awards include division prizes, and 1st overall male and female finishers in each distance receive footwear awards from the event sponsors.
