Ponchatoula Jaycees Strawberry Strut - April 12, 2026
The Ponchatoula Jaycees Strawberry Strut is an annual running event held in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at 315 E Oak St. The event includes multiple distances and takes place within walking distance of the Strawberry Festival. Online registration is available until April 12, 2026; race day prices will be higher.

Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the race at Deviate Physiotherapy & Performance, 485 SW Railroad Ave, Suite 101, Ponchatoula, LA, with additional pickup at the event site on race day. The 1 mile run is not chip timed. Runners registered by March 20, 2026 are guaranteed specially designed t-shirt sizes; additional shirts may be sold on race day if supplies remain.
Awards include souvenir medals for all registered finishers in the 1 mile, 5K, and 10K. For the 5K and 10K, medals are awarded to the first and second place male and female finishers in each age group: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Overall first and second finishers in both the 5K and 10K receive a complimentary entry for the 2027 race. Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit, water, and homemade strawberry shortcake.
