Frigid Beast Feast is a multi-day trail running event held at Tickfaw State Park in Springfield, LA from December 11 to December 13, 2026. The event is organized by BTR and includes a range of race distances.

Course information notes that the River Trail is a roughly 3 mile loop that runs along the river. The organizer warns that poisonous snakes and alligators may be on or around the trail. The event will use two aid stations: one unmanned station at the halfway point supplying water, electrolytes, snacks, and ice, and a main aid station at the start/finish offering ice, electrolyte water, soda, snacks, and fully cooked food.
Tickfaw State Park lodging options include improved and unimproved campsites and cabins or a group camp. Cabins and group camp units provide basic cookware, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, towels, and linens; guests are expected to bring food and personal supplies.
Race day food at the start/finish includes items such as bacon, PB&J, chips, cookies, quesadillas, grilled cheese, pickles, candy, crackers, potatoes, gummies, soda, water, ice, electrolytes, and some vegan options. Finish meals are to be determined.
Awards include custom plaques for the top three male and female finishers, buckles for the 150M, 102M, and 75M, and medals for the 51M, 33M, 15M, 6M, and 3M. Swag varies by distance and includes hoodies, beanies, runner lights, and speed cups for selected distances.
