Made in America Race Overview
The Made in America event takes place at Greenbelt 428 Park in Aubrey, Texas. This multi-distance running event offers several options for participants to choose from:
- Half-Marathon (2 laps)
- 10K
- 5K
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kid's Dash (100-200 meters)
The timed races utilize gun timing. Participants in the 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon are eligible for age group awards, which are distributed four deep across divisions ranging from ages 0-4 to 80+. Overall awards are also provided for male and female categories. Awards must be collected at the venue as they are not shipped after the event.
Registered participants in the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon receive a themed participation t-shirt and a finisher medal. The Kid's Dash is a free sprint for children, with the option to add a shirt or medal for a fee. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option is available where materials are shipped to the participant.
The event supports charitable organizations, including the Wounded Warrior Project and Encounter Church. Volunteers who assist with race-day tasks can earn a code for a future race entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
