Lapping formats are used: Sprint one lap, Intermediate two laps, Olympic three laps.
The run follows paved trails through Crandon Park alongside the ocean and passes shaded areas. The series combines multiple historic Key Biscayne triathlons into one three race format. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
