South Miami Twilight 5K
The Twilight 5K is scheduled for May 31, 2026 in the South Miami neighborhood. The course winds through the quiet residential area adjacent to the FootWorks running store and concludes with a neighborhood block party featuring music, food, a kids zone, and a live DJ.

Entry fees follow a tiered schedule: $35 through January 31, $40 through February 28, $45 through April 30, $50 through May 16, and $60 for Race Day registration. Seniors aged 65 and older and juniors 17 and younger receive a $5 discount on 5K registration. Registration fees are non refundable.
Awards include top male and female overall finishers plus first through third place in each age group. Age groups start at 10 and under and continue up to 80 and over; age group prize recipients receive FootWorks gift cards.
The Kiddie Dash for ages 2 to 9 runs after the 5K and ranges from about 100 feet to 800 feet depending on age. Each kiddie dash participant receives a kids shirt and a Twilight medal. Race management may postpone or cancel the event in the case of natural disasters or other emergencies. Free registration transfers are offered through the race management process.
