Baptist Health Twilight 5K presented by Sanofi
The Baptist Health Twilight 5K presented by Sanofi is an annual 5K run/walk held in South Miami on May 31, 2026. The 3.1 mile course winds through quiet neighborhood streets with substantial tree cover. Aid stations and mile markers are provided along the route.
The event combines the race with a twilight block party at the finish area. The block party features music, food and drink, sponsor and vendor tents, and free beer for participants age 21 and over. The site layout includes areas for vendors and post race activities.
The event is family friendly and includes games, a kids zone, and a kiddie dash organized by separate age categories. Children in the kiddie dash receive souvenir shirts and medals. The event is produced by TeamFootWorks, a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization focused on fitness education. TeamFootWorks runs year round training programs and produces 5K events across South Florida, and a portion of contributions is tax deductible.
