Registration, logistics and awards
Registration options include the 5K, a Kids Fun Run, and a youth rate for 18 and under. Fees vary by registration date and include a processing fee. Registration terms state all fees are non-refundable. Participants may join or create a team when registering. Personalized bibs are available for those who register three weeks in advance.
Early packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Marion Street Elementary School, 100 Marion Street, Lynbrook, NY (table by the parking lot entrance). Day-of bib pickup is at North Middle School (table in the back of the school); participants should know their bib number or use the self-lookup area. Event amenities include live online/text/email results, free finish line photos, and same-day video. Awards are given to the top 3 male and female overall, top 3 male and female in each age group (11 & under; 12-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+), and top wheelchair.
