Event Details
The Luray Police Foundation 5K is an annual event held on the Saturday concluding National Police Week. The event honors law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty and recognizes the service of current officers. Proceeds from the 5K support initiatives that assist officers and their families.
The event features an opportunity to meet two new police K9s, Summer and Skye, along with their handlers. These dogs are trained in narcotics detection and article searches. Leashed pets are welcome at the event.
