The Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Pkwy, Canton, GA 30114. The event offers in-person and virtual race options. Every in-person finisher receives a custom medal. Awards are given by gender and age groups, including top 3 overall and top 3 in five-year age divisions from 10 & under through 80+. All participants qualify for one free entry into a 2026 Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trot.

Race logistics and entries
The 5K and 10K courses are out-and-back; the half marathon is a double of the 5K/10K route. The course in North Georgia includes some hills. Water stations are provided approximately every 1.5 miles. Packet pickup is held on race morning; an early pickup may be added. Virtual participants may run anywhere and must submit their time by the end of race day; virtual packages are shipped the Monday after the event to continental US addresses only. Registrations completed by February 26 are guaranteed race swag in the requested size. All registrations are final - no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
