Luck O' the Lake - Excelsior, MN
Luck O' the Lake is a St. Patrick's Day themed community event on March 20, 2027, in Excelsior, Minnesota. The event offers options for runners, walkers, and people who prefer not to run. It supports the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce and its mission to promote the local area.
Packet pickup and registration are held at Excelsior Brewing Company on March 19 and March 20. The course is an open road course with regular vehicle traffic; participants should be aware vehicles may be on the streets. The race starts in front of Lakes Area Realty and finishes in front of Aloom Consignment. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
Post-race activities include a celebration at Excelsior Brewing Company with beer and donuts available while supplies last. Winners of the 5K receive a gift certificate for a new pair of shoes at The Lakes Running Co.; winners in each age group receive a prize by mail. Race shirts are unisex, run large, and there is an option to opt out; a limited number of shirts will be available for purchase during bib pickup.
