Chanhassen Turkey Trot, Chanhassen MN
The Chanhassen Turkey Trot is a chip timed community 5K held on November 26, 2026, with additional kids race categories and team options. The start and finish are at Chanhassen High School, with on site parking and additional parking across the street at Integer Holdings. The 5K course is almost entirely on paved trail and has a course time limit of 1 hour 20 minutes.
Event gear choices include a classic t shirt or an upgrade to a thin tec soft polyester pullover. A Baker’s Wife donuts are provided at the finish. Water stations on course supply water; there is no gear check. Headphones and personal audio devices are allowed but are not recommended because they may reduce awareness of hazards.
Packet options include a limited time mailing service for a fee and pre race packet pick up; there will be no event day packet pick up. If participant gear is not collected, a fee may apply to have items mailed after the event.
Awards are given to the top three male and female participants overall and in each age group. Age categories begin at 10 and under and continue in standard ranges up to 80 and over. The event supports PROP, an organization focused on providing food, financial assistance, and guidance to neighbors in need. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
