Monster Dash - Lake-Sumter State College
The Monster Dash is a family-friendly race held around Silver Lake behind the Leesburg Campus of Lake-Sumter State College. The event is presented as LSSC’s annual fun run and includes scenic views of Silver Lake along the course.
The race is timed and prizes are awarded to top finishers in each age group and gender. All registered participants receive a t-shirt and a gift bag. Costumes are encouraged. All proceeds benefit the LSSC Foundation, which supports scholarship and education at Lake-Sumter State College.
