The AdventHealth Reindeer Dash 5K is scheduled for December 12, 2026 in Howey in the Hills, Florida at 510 S Palm Avenue. The event includes two options: an in person 5K and a virtual 5K.

Registered participants receive a chip timed race bib, jingle bells for shoes, a candy cane, a custom Santa hoodie shirt (early registration recommended for guaranteed sizes), a finisher medal, and post race refreshments including hot cocoa when weather requires and a free draft beer or soft drink ticket from the finish line sponsor. Virtual race packets are shipped within two weeks after the event and will include either a paper bib or a digital bib. Shipments are limited to addresses inside the United States.
The event is presented by LiveTrends Design Group with partners including AdventHealth and local organizations. Participant donations and part of race proceeds are designated to the Town of Howey in the Hills to support local nonprofit organizations such as the local food pantry. Awards are given in multiple categories including overall top three male and female, masters and grand masters, and five year age groups starting at 9 and under through 75 and over.
Safety and rules noted by the organizer: everyone on course must be registered; no pets are allowed except service dogs with prior approval; strollers should line up at the back; the course contains a short dirt trail section. Team and family pricing applies when four or more members register under the same team name, with a per person discount applied once the team minimum is met.
