2026 Lovettsville 5k & 10k
The Lovettsville 5k & 10k takes place at Lovettsville Community Park in Virginia. This event features a trail course with short sections of pavement and includes some small hills. The routes are designed as loops around the park:
- 5k: 2 loops of the course
- 10k: 4 loops of the course
Participants have the option to compete in person or join via a virtual race. Walkers are welcome to participate in the event. The race is chip timed, and participants receive a technical (Drifit) event shirt and a finisher's medal. Water stations are positioned along the route, with two stations for the 5k and four stations for the 10k. Gatorade is available at select stations.
Awards are presented to the top three overall men and women. In addition, the first and second place male and female finishers in various age categories, ranging from 19 & Under to 70+, receive awards. This race benefits the charity We Rock Cancer. Points earned during the event count towards the Year-Long 5k, 10k, Back of the Pack, and Fall Series standings.
Packet pickup and race day registration are available on-site at the park. Participants are advised to arrive approximately one hour before their distance begins to check in.
