Fox Trot 5K
The 5th Annual Fox Trot 5K takes place in Bedford Park, Illinois. This community event focuses on providing comfort to families who are dealing with pediatric cancer. Participants follow a 3.1 mile course designed to be flat and fast, situated within a park setting.
The event features two primary formats for participation:
- Fox Trot 5K: A 3.1-mile running race held on a physical course.
- Fox Trot 5K Virtual Run: An option for remote participation.
The physical race awards medals to the top three male and female finishers overall. Additionally, medals are presented to the top three male and female finishers in each five-year age group category. The gathering includes food and various activities for those attending the event in person.
Registration includes an entry fee, and participants who complete their registration by June 1st are guaranteed race swag. The course is intended to accommodate those looking for competitive times as well as individuals attending to support the cause through walking or light activity.
