The Village of Norridge 5K Reindeer Run and Kids Dash
The Village of Norridge presents the 2nd annual 5K Reindeer Run and Kids Dash on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 7740 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706. The event includes a chip-timed 5K and an untimed 1/4 mile Kids Dash for children ages 10 and under.
Distances:
- 3.1 Miles - 5K, chip-timed
- 0.25 Miles - Kids Dash, untimed for ages 10 and under
All registrants receive reindeer antler headbands and jingle bells for shoes, plus a finisher's medal. Registrations received by Friday, November 13, 2026, are guaranteed a choice of a t-shirt or a winter hat; after that date those items are available while supplies last. Winter hats and themed thermal mugs are offered as optional add-on purchases; winter hat add-ons must be ordered by November 13.
Packet pick-up is available either the day before at Norridge Village Hall lobby or the morning of the event at the race location. Parking is available in the rear parking lot accessed from W Sunnyside Ave and on the surrounding streets along W Montrose Ave and N Ozanam Ave. Age group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in categories ranging from 9 and under through 70 plus.
