11th Annual Love Run 5K : Decatur, February 28, 2026
The 11th Annual Love Run is a community 5K presented by the DeKalb County District Attorney's office in commemoration of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. The event takes place in Downtown Decatur at Decatur Square (1 Courthouse Square, Decatur, GA 30030) and is held in person. It is an official AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier. All proceeds benefit the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence.
Registered runners and walkers receive a signature long-sleeved shirt and a race medal. In-person bib and t-shirt pickup is scheduled for Friday, February 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Big Peach Running Co. Decatur, with additional pickup available on race day. Registrants also receive a discount at Big Peach Running Co.
Registration fees are listed by date: $40 from January 1 to 31, $45 from February 1 to 27, and $50 on race day. Race day payment is by card only; Apple Pay is available and QR code payments will be used. Event organizers recommend parking in the DeKalb County Courthouse parking deck at Commerce Drive and West Trinity Place, which charges a flat $6 fee.
A team discount applies: groups of 10 or more receive a 10% registration discount, with early registrants receiving refunds as teammates join. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
