Long Island Run Club Clash Presented by Stoked Athletics
Long Island Run Club Clash is a running event presented by Stoked Athletics and Runners Edge and hosted at Sand City South Brewing, 150 S Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, NY. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- Free kids fun run
Registration is not yet open. Registrants who register before March 17 receive a event t-shirt. Runners who register at least three weeks before the event are eligible for personalized bibs. There will be no parking available at Sand City South on race day.
Amenities listed for participants include live results by web, text and email, free finish line photos, free video, same day finish line pictures, and a happy hour on race day with reduced drink prices for participants and volunteers until noon.
Awards are offered for overall and masters winners with sponsored gift cards for top finishers, medals for the top three in multiple age groups, and a top team prize based on the lowest combined time for four runners plus a trophy and gift cards. The event benefits Team Geo of the Long Island Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Bib pickup is available at Runners Edge in Farmingdale and at Sand City South Brewery. Runners must know their bib number to pick up a bib; a self lookup process is available for those who do not know their number. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
