Amenities for registrants include a t-shirt for registrations completed before March 17, happy hour at Sand City South with $5 beers for participants and volunteers, live online/text/email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed three weeks in advance.
Awards are offered for top finishers and teams, including a $50 gift card for top overall and top overall masters (40+), medals for the top three in multiple age groups, and a team prize for the lowest combined time of four runners that includes a trophy and $200 in gift cards.
Early bib pickup is available at Runners Edge in Farmingdale and at Sand City South Brewery in Lindenhurst; day-of bib pickup is handled by event staff. The event benefits Team Geo of the Long Island Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Live results, same-day finish line photos, and video are provided.
