Long Island Run Club Clash Presented by Stoked Athletics and Runners Edge
Long Island Run Club Clash is a community running event hosted at Sand City South Brewing in Lindenhurst, New York. The event includes a 5K road race and a free kids fun run. The event benefits Team Geo - Long Island Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Registration is not yet open. Registrants who register before March 17 receive a t-shirt. Personalized bibs are available for those who register at least three weeks in advance. Finish-line photos are provided free of charge, and live results are available by online, text, and email. On race day Sand City South offers a happy hour with $5 beers for participants and volunteers until 12:00 noon. No parking will be available at Sand City South on the day of the event.
Awards include a $50 gift card for top overall male, female, and nonbinary finishers and a $50 gift card for top overall masters 40 and older, both sponsored by Runners Edge. Age group medals are awarded for the top three in standard age categories. The top team by lowest combined time for four runners receives a trophy and $200 in gift cards (four $50 cards sponsored by Runners Edge).
Early bib pickup is scheduled before race day at Runners Edge in Farmingdale and the day-before location at Sand City South Brewing. Day-of bib pickup is available with event staff assistance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
