2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend
The event runs across two days at The Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire, on 28 and 29 November 2026. It is the UK's first DEKA Trifecta weekend and the first time DEKA is staged in London. The programme brings STRONG, MILE and FIT formats together, with additional Ultra and Ruck waves across the weekend.
The course is built inside a single open plan hall to mirror the DEKA World Championship layout. The format uses ten standardised functional fitness zones repeated across formats. DEKA FIT requires a 500 m run before each zone, totalling 5 km of running and ten zones per lap. The DEKA FIT zone sequence includes 30 RAM alternating reverse lunges, a 500 m row, 20 box jump or step overs, 25 med ball sit up throws, a 500 m ski erg, a 100 m farmer's carry, 25 calories on an air bike, 20 dead ball wall overs, a 100 m tank push or pull and 20 RAM burpees.
DEKA ULTRA comprises five full laps of the FIT course for a total of 50 zones and approximately 25 km of running with a designated pit stop for support.
