2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend
The event runs across two days at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire. It is the UK’s first DEKA Trifecta weekend, featuring STRONG, MILE, and FIT formats alongside Ultra and Ruck waves. Races are staged inside a single, open plan hall with a standardised 10‑zone layout that mirrors the DEKA World Championship format.
DEKA FIT requires competitors to complete ten functional fitness zones with a 500 m run before each zone, totalling 5 km of running. The FIT sequence includes movements such as alternating reverse lunges, rowing, box jumps or step overs, med ball sit up throws, ski erg, farmer’s carry, air bike calories, dead ball wall overs, tank push or pull, and RAM burpees.
Formats and options include:
- DEKA FIT: 5 km running, 10 zones
- DEKA MILE: 1 mile running total, 10 zones
- DEKA STRONG: no running, 10 zones
Additional formats: DEKA RUCK is completed while carrying a weighted rucksack; DEKA ULTRA consists of five full FIT laps for a total of 50 zones and approximately 25 km of running, with a designated pit stop between laps. Athletes may enter Elite or Age Group divisions on the same course, and teams can divide the zones among members.
