2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend
The event takes place at The Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire on 28 and 29 November 2026. It is described as the UK’s first DEKA Trifecta weekend and runs multiple DEKA formats across a single open-plan venue built to mirror the DEKA World Championship layout.
Racing is scheduled across two days with the following subevents: DEKA FIT and Ultra on Saturday, and DEKA Mile and DEKA Strong on Sunday. Competitors can enter Elite or Age Group categories, race as a team, or choose the Ruck option to carry a weighted pack. Ultra consists of five full laps with a designated pit stop for support between laps and totals approximately 25 km of running and 50 zones.
DEKA uses a standard ten-zone sequence repeated across FIT, MILE, and STRONG formats. DEKA FIT includes a 500 m run before each zone for a total of 5 km of running. Zones test mixed functional movements and include running, rowing, ski erg, carries, and bodyweight work in a fixed order. STRONG omits running and links the ten zones back-to-back; MILE uses shorter runs totalling one mile.
