Lochend Wood

Lochend Wood is a friendly, local orienteering event in East Lothian. The flat woodland, conifers with some birch, features an extensive path network and some vehicle tracks, making it ideal for juniors and newcomers. A range of courses to suit all abilities is offered: White and Yellow for younger or beginner competitors, Orange for teens and adults starting out, and Light Green for experienced orienteers (with challenging navigation and road crossings).

Light Green is suitable for those aged 16+ or juniors with close adult supervision. Entry fees vary by category, with a late-entry surcharge; family and pair options are available. Held on Saturday 30th August. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
