Lizzy's 9th Annual Walk of Faith 5K Walk/Run takes place on September 26, 2026 at Bethel Park, 4500 Bethel Street, Columbia, Missouri. Proceeds support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Osteosarcoma Institute, and Lizzy’s Walk of Faith Foundation. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that also provides assistance to local families affected by pediatric cancer.
