Walk of Faith 5K in Columbia
This annual Walk of Faith 5K takes place at Bethel Park, 4500 Bethel Street, Columbia, MO 65203. The event offers an in-person 5K walk/run and a virtual 5K option. It is organized to honor a child and support families affected by pediatric cancer.
Event programming includes a variety of family-oriented entertainment and on-site vendors. Listed features include fire jugglers, costumed characters such as superheroes and fairytale princesses, face painting, balloon twisting, a photo booth, food vendors including gourmet popcorn, Kona Ice, and a coffee truck. Local teams and mascots are scheduled to appear, and an exhibitor will bring exotic cars. A jewelry pop-up tent is also planned.
Fundraising beneficiaries named for this edition include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Osteosarcoma Institute, Mizzou Children’s Hospital, Children’s Mercy, and the event’s own Walk of Faith Foundation.
