Event overview

The Rock Bridge Revenge is scheduled for October 17, 2026 at Rock Bridge State Park in Columbia, MO. Distances offered are:

• 50K
• 25K

Registration opens January 15, 2026. Entry fees listed are $72.06 for the 50K (includes $7.06 processing fee) and $61.43 for the 25K (includes $6.43 processing fee). The race field is limited to 175 total competitors. There is no race day registration. Changes, transfers, or cancellations are permitted up to the Thursday before the race; refunds are not offered except that a refund or deferral may be requested in the event of pregnancy. Park management may cancel the race for adverse conditions.

Course and support

The course is 100% single track trail with varied terrain and creek crossings. The 25K is one loop on the Devil's Ice Box Trails, a crossing of Highway 163, and one loop on the Gans Creek Wild Area Trails. The 50K consists of two loops of the 25K course. Chip timing will be used. The overall time limit to complete the course is 8 hours.

Aid stations are approximately 4 miles apart. The 25K uses 2 aid stations (Devil's Icebox Parking Lot and Wagon Wheel Trailhead). The 50K uses 5 aid stations (Devil's Icebox Parking Lot twice, Wagon Wheel Trailhead twice, and the end of the first loop). 50K runners may leave a drop bag at the start for use before their second loop. This event is cup free; participants must carry a water bottle, hydration pack, or collapsible cup. Four park restrooms are available at the start area, with additional bathrooms at Devil's Icebox.

Awards and post-race

Cash awards are offered for overall male and female in both distances. All finishers in the 25K and 50K receive a unisex Softstyle T-shirt. A shirt in a specific size cannot be guaranteed unless registered by September 19. Post-race lunch (Pancheros burritos) will be available; bib number is required to receive a meal.
