Event Overview
The Christina Bohn Memorial 5K for PMDD Awareness is a timed running and walking event. It is hosted by the Christina Bohn Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and support for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME). This is the third annual edition of the event.
Location and Date
The in-person event takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The location is the Twin Lakes Recreation Area in Columbia, Missouri.
Registration
Registration is offered for both an in-person event in Columbia, MO, and a virtual option. The early registration fee is $40 for both options. After a specified date, the in-person registration fee increases to $50. T-shirt availability may be limited for registrations after that date. The virtual registration fee includes shipping of the event T-shirt within the United States.
Event Details
The event is a timed 5K run or walk. It is a Trail Sisters Approved event. On event day, packet pickup and same-day registration are available. Age group awards are presented.
Awards and Swag
All participants receive a long-sleeve T-shirt and a race packet with PMDD awareness items. Gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded to the top three finishers in standard age groups for both women and men. The top overall female and male finishers are also recognized.
Virtual Option
A virtual participation option is available. Participants can complete a 5K distance on their own schedule and location. Those who register for the virtual event will have an event T-shirt mailed to them. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
