Do Hard Things 5K Run/Walk & 9.11-Mile Run or Ruck
The Do Hard Things event on Saturday, September 19, 2026, takes place at Cooper's Landing Riverside Resort & Marina in Columbia, MO. The event offers two course options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck
The ruck option requires participants to carry ten or more pounds on their backs; the weight is provided by the participant. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Veterans Community Project. The Veterans Community Project serves Veterans regardless of discharge status or type of service and provides housing with wrap-around support services aimed at ending homelessness.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at multiple levels. Listed sponsorship levels include Platinum ($5,000), Diamond ($2,500), Gold ($1,000), and Silver ($500). Benefits described for sponsors include event banner placement, name and logo on event shirts, logos on mile marker signs, a table at the event for promotional materials, and recognition through the Do Hard Things podcast and other media for higher tiers.
