Little Lifts Trail Run : overview
The Little Lifts Trail Run takes place on 25/04/2026 at Barningham Estate in North Norfolk. The event offers three single-lap trail distances:
- 10k
- 20k
- 30k
All three routes are staggered starts. The event supports the Little Lifts charity; participants who take a charity spot are committed to raising £100 prior to the race. Fundraising amounts translate to product boxes for people undergoing treatment: every £20 raised fills a Radiotherapy Box and every £40 fills a Chemotherapy Box. Title sponsorship and other local support mean proceeds will go to the charity.
Course, facilities and entry
The courses start and finish within the private Barningham Estate and run across North Norfolk countryside. Surfaces are predominantly off-road: grass, farm track, gravel track and private road. Runners cross a number of quiet country lanes and will encounter undulating terrain with short inclines and declines, narrow sections, woodland tracks and open-country paths. The route will be signposted, marshalled where possible, and a GPX file and map will be shared before the event.
Facilities listed include bag drop, free parking, first aid, water stations on course, toilets, photographer, chip timing, guided warm up, prizes, finisher gifts and refreshments for sale. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable; entrance is closed for this race. Limited edition t-shirts are available and an early-bird discount was offered for the first month.
