Cockfield Chase Fell Race

The Cockfield Chase Fell Race is a beginner-friendly event organized by Durham Fell Runners, taking place around the historic Cockfield Fell. This unique race features two laps, with the first lap serving as a social run to familiarize participants with the route. The event is open to runners aged 14 and above, regardless of experience, as long as they can navigate the 7km off-road course.
