Run Durham Hamsterley 10K is scheduled for 26 April 2026 at Hamsterley Forest, Redford Lane, Hamsterley DL13 3NL, UK. The event is a 10 km traffic free race held on multi terrain forest paths. The course is described as hilly with a moderate difficulty level. The minimum age to enter is 15 and the event uses chip timing. Individual prizes are offered for the top three male and female finishers in the form of vouchers, and age group prizes are awarded in 5 year bands for women 35+ and men 40+ subject to minimum entry numbers. Team prizes are awarded to UKA affiliated clubs based on the positions of the first three club finishers. A 10 km cut off guideline is 1 hour 30 minutes.
