Melmerby Ripon 10K 2026
The Melmerby Ripon 10K takes place in Melmerby, North Yorkshire on 3 May 2026. The event is a 10 kilometre road race run over one lap on an undulating rural course. The race is not suitable for wheelchairs and is held under race licence #28907.
The organiser is Wath & Melmerby Cricket Club. Race headquarters are at Melmerby & Middleton Quernhow Village Hall HG4 5HL. Free car parking is available close to the headquarters. Race numbers and timing chips are collected from the village hall between 8.30am and 10.00am. Refreshments are available in the village hall.
Facilities listed for the event include water stations, distance markers, toilets, and changing facilities. There are no showers and there is no formal baggage store; bags may be left in the village hall at the owner’s risk. Additional toilets are available at Blythes Garage close to the headquarters.
Entry is limited to 500 participants; remaining places were listed at 486. Entry fees are £20.00 for affiliated runners and £22.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entry on the day is not available; entry closed at 10AM on 30 April. The event supports the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation with a donation and on-the-day collection buckets.
