Memorial 5K and 1 Mile Races

This event brings together several race options at Jim Thorpe Train Station in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. Races include a 5K course on the D&L Trail, two 1 mile events, and a virtual option. The event is held in memory of a Marian freshman and supports a scholarship fund and nonprofit established by the family.

The 5K course is a 1.55 mile out and back on the D&L Trail. The 5K Walk is an untimed version of the same course. The youth and adult mile events separate participants by age and award youth age groups. The virtual option lets participants run on their own course and submit a time by Sunday noon.

• Youth 1 Mile Race open to runners 12 and younger with age group awards
• 1 Mile Adult Fun Run open to runners and walkers 13 and older
