Course, entry and logistics
The 8K course is described as flat and fast, starting on the Ironton Rail Trail by the Coplay Pavilion and ending at the American Club. The 5K course is flat and marked as dog and stroller friendly. The run uses a rolling start; walkers are not timed and begin after the runners.
Entry fees are given as ranges: runners $35–$40 and walkers $20–$25 depending on registration date. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations by 11/15/2025; there is an option to choose a shopping cooler bag instead of a shirt. Packet pickup is available Friday, December 5 at the American Club (4:00–6:00 PM) and on race morning beginning at 7:30 AM.
Awards and support
Overall awards are offered for male and female 1st ($100), 2nd ($50) and 3rd ($25). Top two in each age group receive awards for groups including 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Race timing is provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co. The event supports the Whitehall Area Rotary Foundation and a list of local food banks, libraries, school programs and community initiatives.
