Linacre Infini Trail Race

Linacre Infini Trail Race is a 6-hour, lapped trail endurance event held at Linacre Reservoirs in a wooded valley near Cutthorpe, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Organized by First Light Adventure, the course uses well-maintained trails and footpaths, with a marked 5 km lap that runners complete multiple times within the time limit. Each lap passes the start/finish checkpoint, and finishers who complete at least one lap earn a bespoke Linacre Infini medal.

The race is fully marshalled and under permit from the Association of Running Clubs, with on-course food at checkpoints and support at the HQ. In 2025, a charity partnership with Ashgate Hospice added extra significance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
