Linacre Infini Trail Race
The Linacre Infini is a timed, six-hour lapped trail endurance event held at Linacre Reservoirs, Woodnook Lane, Cutthorpe, Chesterfield (Derbyshire). Runners aim to complete as many laps as possible on a marked and marshalled route that follows well-maintained trails and footpaths through a wooded valley. The course is in a valley setting and includes occasional climbs. The event is held under permit from the Association of Running Clubs. A bespoke Linacre Infini medal is awarded to every runner who completes at least one lap. The minimum age to enter is 18.
Practical information
The start-finish checkpoint provides food, both sweet and savoury. Car parking is available at Linacre Reservoirs for £3.50 (cash only). Entry is managed via SiEntries; entry fees listed are £28 for UKA members and £30 for non-members. Entries open 2 August 2025 and close 3 November 2025. The organiser is First Light Adventure.
