Lighthouse 5k Series : Corolla, NC

The Lighthouse 5k Series is a community running event held at The Whalehead Club in Historic Corolla Park, Corolla, North Carolina. The course tours the Historic Village of Corolla Light and passes notable local sites including the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. The start and finish are located in front of the historic mansion at The Whalehead Club.

Race services include chip timing, event t-shirt, and a finisher medallion for all entrants. Packet pickup and walk-up registration are available on race morning at the race start line. There is ample parking and restrooms onsite. The event is walker and stroller friendly; service dogs are allowed while other pets are not.

Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, first-place masters male and female (over 40), and first-place youth male and female (14 and under). Entry fees are listed for adults and youth; entries include standard event services and apparel. The event is presented with local sponsorship and includes support for local charities.
