The 14th Annual Life's Good in LG 5k Race and Fun Run
The event takes place on May 23, 2026, at Leonard's Grant Gazebo in Leonardtown, MD. The primary event is a USAT&F certified, chip timed 5K that loops through the Leonard's Grant neighborhood. A separate Kids' Fun Run accompanies the morning activities and typically draws about 80 young runners each year.

- Kids' Fun Run: 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile
5K awards include medals for the top three male and female finishers in these age categories: Overall, 13 & Under, 14-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61+. Over the past 13 years the event has donated more than $41,000 to the local volunteer fire department, and funds have been used to purchase firefighting equipment for county use.
The registration fee is $40. Registrations completed by 5/14/25 are guaranteed a shirt size; there will be no shirt exchanges. Walk-in registration is available the day before at the LG Clubhouse but preferred shirt sizes are not guaranteed. There is no race day registration; participants who registered online may pick up their packets on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
