LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run
LifeAct presents its 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health, held at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cleveland, Ohio on October 11, 2026. The event supports LifeAct’s mission to prevent teen suicide by teaching young people to recognize warning signs and seek professional help.
The event offers organized running and walking options and related on-site activities. Participants can expect music by a DJ, a wellness and health fair with informational booths, family activities, snacks and giveaways. Registrations include a commemorative event T-shirt and eligibility for awards. Participants are also welcome to spend the day at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo after the event.

Registration pricing and windows are published for pre-registration and later periods. Strollers are allowed. Dogs are not permitted inside the zoo.
