Liberty Bell 5k Fun Run
The Liberty Bell 5k Fun Run is the third annual Liberty High School Band fundraiser. The event benefits the marching band, jazz band, concert programs, winter percussion and winter guard programs. It takes place in Brentwood, California, with the course starting at Veterans Park and following an out-and-back route on the Marsh Creek Trail through Creekside Park.

- Kids one mile
Entry types and fees listed by the organizer include a standard 5k entry for $45, a charity 5k entry that includes a $50 donation to the band and a special long-sleeve tech t-shirt, a kids one-mile entry for $20, and a family four-pack special for $129. Children age three and under may participate without registration. All participants receive a 2026 t-shirt and a medal; medals are distributed at the finish line. Packet pick-up is scheduled for Thursday, July 3 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Fleet Feet in Brentwood.
The event is set to proceed rain or shine and the organizer states there are no refunds once registered. For safety, dogs are not allowed on the course; strollers are permitted when pushed by an adult and participants using strollers will be asked to enter the start area at the back.
