Event Overview
The Liberty Bell 5k Fun Run is an event hosted by the Liberty High School Band to support its music programs. It takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
Location and Course
The in-person event starts at Veteran's Park in Brentwood, California. The route follows the Marsh Creek Trail through Creekside Park for an out-and-back course. Strollers are allowed if pushed by an adult, but animals are not permitted on the course.
Available Events
Participants can choose from three different options:
- 5K: An in-person race with tiered pricing based on age and registration date.
- Kids 1 Mile: An in-person event open to children aged 1 to 12.
- Virtual 5k Race: Participants can complete the distance on their own schedule between July 4 and July 14, 2026.
Registration and Fees
Registration is handled on a separate website. Fees for the 5K and Kids 1 Mile events increase after July 3, 2026. Children aged 3 and under can participate without registering or paying a fee. All participants receive a commemorative t-shirt and medal. Packet pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, July 3, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fleet Feet in Brentwood; virtual participants must collect their shirt and medal at this time.
