Brentwood Turkey Trot for Schools
The Brentwood Turkey Trot for Schools is the 13th annual community 5K held in Brentwood, California on November 26, 2026. The event supports the Brentwood Union School District and the Liberty Union High School District athletic programs. Participants can enter an in-person or a virtual 5K.
The virtual option is open from Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, December 6. All registered participants receive a 2026 race t-shirt and a finisher medal; shirts and medals must be picked up at packet pickup or on race day, as items are not shipped.
Registration fees vary by age and by registration period. For August 8 through October 31, 2026 fees are $20 (ages 4-9), $25 (ages 10-18), and $40 (ages 19 and up). For November 1 through November 25, 2026 fees are $20 (ages 4-9), $30 (ages 10-18), and $45 (ages 19 and up). Race day registration, if available, has higher fees. Children ages 3 and under may participate without registration. Processing fees are added to each entry.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, November 25 at Pioneer Elementary School on Shady Willow Lane in Brentwood. Virtual racers must pick up their shirt, bib, and medal at packet pickup or on race day.
For safety, dogs are not allowed on the course. Strollers are allowed if pushed by an adult. Bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
