Race guidelines and notes
- Boys and coaches on Fall 2025 teams do not need to register; boys do not require an adult running buddy, though one is encouraged.
- Based on RRCA guidelines, headphones and personal music players are strongly discouraged.
- No pets on the course. No littering, smoking, or alcohol consumption permitted in Whitehall Business Park.
- Unregistered runners are not allowed. Race numbers must be worn on the front and be clearly visible. Runners who withdraw must inform a race official or aid station volunteer.
- No roller blades, bicycles, or skateboards. Baby joggers are allowed and will start behind all runners and walkers.
