Let Me Run Charlotte 5K
The event takes place on December 13, 2025, at 3701 Arco Corporate Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273, USA. The distance offered is 5K. Boys and coaches on Fall 2025 teams do not need to register; boys do not require an adult running buddy, though an adult buddy is encouraged. Registration and race rules
Registration fees for the 5K are $40.49 for Sep 3–Nov 22, $45.99 for Nov 23–Dec 12, and $51.49 for Dec 13. There are no refunds unless a registrant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Entries are non-transferable. Race management may cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions; registration fees are not refundable if the event is canceled due to "Acts of God."
Race guidelines note that, based on RRCA guidance, headphones and personal audio devices are strongly discouraged. No pets, no littering, no smoking, and no alcohol are allowed in Whitehall Business Park. Unregistered runners are not allowed. Race numbers must be worn on the front and be clearly visible. Runners who withdraw must inform a race official or aid station volunteer. No roller blades, bicycles, or skateboards. Baby joggers are allowed but must start behind all runners and walkers.
