The Clover YMCA St. Patrick's Day 5K is the 19th annual edition of this event. It takes place on March 13 in Clover, South Carolina. The event serves as the kick-off for the Town of Clover’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Participants are encouraged to dress in St. Patrick’s Day-themed attire.
Event Details
The event is a 5K run/walk. It starts at the Clover YMCA on South Main Street. An awards ceremony is scheduled for 7:30 PM at Boyd’s Tire & Appliances parking lot. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at the Clover YMCA and on race day starting at 5:00 PM.
All participants receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal.
Beneficiary
The event is a fundraiser. All funds raised benefit the Clover YMCA Afterschool Program, which is run by the YMCA of Upper Palmetto. The program provides a safe and enriching environment for children in the Clover community.
Registration
Registration fees for the 5K are tiered and increase as the event date approaches. Fees are inclusive of a race registration, shirt, medal, taxes, and fees.
