Event Information
The Leicester 10K is a charity road run in Leicester. The event starts and finishes at Jubilee Square in the city centre. The route goes into the city centre and through Victoria Park. Runners will pass the University of Leicester, the Leicester Museum & Art Gallery, and Leicester Cathedral.
Participants must be 15 years or older on event day. Entry includes chip timing, a finisher's goody bag, a finisher's medal, and the option to purchase a technical finisher t-shirt and an iTAB memento.
Race numbers must be collected from Cossington Sports Centre on Cossington Street between specific dates before the event. On event day, an Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase. Baggage storage is provided. Water stations are located on the course.
The event operates a zero-tolerance policy against urinating outside provided toilet facilities. Discarded clothing at the start will be collected and donated. Official photos can be purchased after the event.
Sustainability
The event encourages participants to use recycling bins provided at water stations to help keep Leicester green. A scheme with JogOn allows runners to donate old trainers at drop-off stations.
Travel and Parking
Participants are encouraged to car share. Recommended car parks include Leicester St Nicholas Circle, Newark Street, and the NCP Lee Circle Red car park. Leicester Railway Station is about an 18-minute walk from Jubilee Square. Local bus services are available, with Haymarket Bus Station a 10-minute walk away.

Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be available on the course to help runners achieve specific finish times, including sub-40, sub-45, sub-50, sub-55, sub-60, sub-65, sub-70, sub-75, sub-80, sub-85, sub-90, and sub-120 minutes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
