Leicester 10K - 7 February 2027
The Leicester 10K is a large charity road run held in Leicester city centre. The course starts and finishes at Jubilee Square and passes through the city centre, Victoria Park and the University of Leicester, and goes by landmarks such as the Leicester Museum & Art Gallery and Leicester Cathedral.
Entrants must be 15 years or older on event day. Race services include chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an exclusive finisher’s medal and the option to purchase a technical finisher t-shirt and an engraved iTAB. Results are published on the event website after the race.
On race day an Event Village at Jubilee Square offers food and drink for purchase and hosts partner charities. Baggage must be left in the designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip on the race number. Water stations provide 330 ml screw-top bottles and recycling bins are available on course. First aid stations are placed near water stations, with a first aid unit and roaming first aiders near the start and finish.
Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times, covering a range of targets from sub 40 minutes up to sub 120 minutes. Photography is provided by MarathonPhotos and can be purchased after the event. The event encourages recycling and offers JogOn trainer drop-off at the Race Office.
