The Garendon Gallop 10K 2026
The Garendon Gallop is a one-lap 10K trail event held on Sunday, 26 July 2026 at Garendon Park, with the event base at Charnwood College, Thorpe Hill, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 4SQ. The course is described as undulating with a mix of open stretches and wooded paths and a couple of gentle climbs that provide countryside views.
The race is fully licensed and chip timed. The route is marshalled and signposted, with water stations provided along the way. Event services include changing areas, toilets and free parking. Participants receive free professional race photographs, a technical finisher T-shirt and additional goodies. Trophies and prize categories are listed for finishers.
Entrant numbers are limited to 400. The minimum age for entry is 15 years. Entries close on 19 July 2026. Transfers are permitted up to 19 July 2026 but deferrals and refunds are not allowed. Early bird pricing applies until 31 January 2026. Entry fees are shown as £20 for affiliated competitors and £22 for unattached competitors.
